About the Role
As the Market Sales Manager, you’ll report directly to the Regional VP of Sales and build a high-performing Mid-Market AE team. Your primary responsibility will be to accelerate pipeline growth, increase customer acquisition, and drive market share through a strategic, channel-first go-to-market approach.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, lead execution across sales campaigns, and play a critical role in helping Horizon3.ai scale in a competitive cybersecurity landscape. Market Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive mid-market sales strategy

Hire, lead, and mentor Account Executives to exceed revenue targets

Build and manage relationships with key partners and clients

Drive pipeline growth through a strong channel-first strategy

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Use market intelligence and competitive analysis to guide sales efforts

Represent the company at cybersecurity events and trade shows

Ensure the sales team maintains accurate forecasts and follows best practices
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years in sales leadership roles (cybersecurity or SaaS preferred)

Proven ability to build and manage successful sales teams

Strong understanding of mid-market sales cycles and GTM strategies

Hands-on experience with sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation Transparency
Horizon3.ai values fairness and transparency. Based on your skills, experience, and location, here’s what to expect:
Total On-Target Compensation (OTE): $300,000 – $350,000 annually (50/50 split)
Additional: Eligible for equity (stock options)
