We are now hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager in Mumbai to lead strategic growth across the Banking, NBFC, Fintech, and Payments sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new client acquisition in Banking, NBFCs, Fintech, Payments, and WealthTech

  • Build high-impact sales strategies to expand DIGITAP.AI’s footprint across the BFSI domain

  • Lead C-suite conversations and deliver value-driven pitches for AI-based onboarding, risk analytics, and fraud detection tools

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) for smooth deal implementation

  • Manage complete sales lifecycle — from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure

  • Identify market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor moves to shape sales opportunities

  • Develop tailored proposals, business cases, and pricing models for enterprise clients

  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients to drive upsells, renewals, and high retention

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in B2B enterprise sales within BFSI – Banking, NBFCs, Fintech, or Payments

  • Deep understanding of digital lending, KYC, fraud risk, and underwriting workflows

  • Proven success in closing high-value deals and exceeding SaaS or analytics sales targets

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfort in engaging CXO-level stakeholders

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and relationship building Enterprise sales Manager

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience selling AI, ML, SaaS, or analytics-based solutions to BFSI clients

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification in business, finance, or tech
